It happened near the 300 block of Crain Highway in Glen Burnie around 10:15 p.m., AACPD said.
A 24-year-old woman was exiting her gray 2008 Infiniti when she was approached by two male suspects, one of whom displayed a handgun and demanded the keys.
Both suspects then fled in the stolen vehicle.
No injuries were reported during the incident, police added.
Both suspects were wearing all-black clothing during the incident, police said. One suspect was a Black male while the other was wearing a face mask. His race is unknown.
